A graduate of UNSW, Dr Forster has had an extensive career in health services. She was formerly the Director of Medical Administration at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney. She has wide rural experience in Wagga, Bathurst, Orange and Broken Hill with the Royal Flying Doctor Service. She established the NSW Trauma System and Retrieval Services and the Delineation of Roles of Hospitals.
Dr Forster is Co-convenor of the Ageings and Endings Modules in Phase 1 and Convenor of the Indigenous Pre Medicine Program. Her research interests are in medical education and administration.

Professor Reid has extensive experience in Medical Practice, Education and Research. He was foundation Professor of General Practice and Assistant Dean for Medical Education in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Newcastle in New South Wales. His previous research interests include studies of preventive activities in General Practice, the microbiology of respiratory tract infections in the community and qualitative studies of community views on health. Although now largely retired, his continuing interests extend to mental health, aged care and the assessment of clinical competence.

A/Prof Greenwood has extensive experience in public and private psychiatry in practice in Sydney and at various teaching hospitals. He has worked in Tamworth in clinical direction of a mental health service, and has conducted research using distance techniques in clinical practice . He was involved in the establishment of the Black Dog Institute for mood disorders at the Prince of Wales Hospital and is a psychiatrist for the NSW and NT Mental Health Review Tribunals. He has established psychiatry teaching in the rural clinical schools.

A/Prof Richardson has been in Wagga Wagga for thirty years as a Vascular and General Surgeon. Now retired from private practice, he chairs the Department of Surgery and is Director of Post Graduate Training at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital, in addition to teaching surgery in the Rural Clinical School. His main interestest, apart from fly fishing and farming, is in Venous disease, where he was involved in the development of venous untrasound. His international reputation is in pelvic varicose veins, an area of ongoing research for thirty years.

Dr Curran has a specific interest in rural Emergency Medicine, with research interests in thunderstorm asthma, horse related injuries and vertical integration of Emergency Medicine education across a team environment. He is currently completing his thesis for a Masters in Clinical Education on Emergency Medicine clinical staff learning style preferences.
